- We do not have a cancellation list but any last minute availability due to cancellations will be posted on our facebook page
- In high season, July and August and all school holidays, stays are for a minimum of a week’s stay, commencing on either Friday or Saturday, dependent on cottage (see grid below)
- From mid-September to mid-June short breaks of 3 nights or more are also available and can start on any day of the week (except Sundays)
- If only a 2 night stay is required, the price will be the same as a 3 night stay but you can check out at anytime on the day of departure (rather than the usual 10am)
- Christmas – our standard 7 nights breaks run from 22nd to 29th December but with our 10 nights for the price of 7 you can enjoy a stay from 19th to 29th December at no extra cost!
- New Year – minimum stay of 3 nights starting from 29th or 30th December
- Nearer the time, short breaks may also become available over Christmas, please call us to discuss availability.
- No dogs are permitted during Whitsun/summer school holidays (no puppies under 1 year at any time)
A few things for you to know
Check-in is from 4.30pm on the day you arrive, and checkout is by 10am on the day you leave. Running later than 6pm? Just give us a shout in advance so we know to expect you and can leave a key in the door.
In the high season (mid-May to mid-September), most of our cottages change over on a Saturday, the others on a Friday and we only take weekly bookings during that time. Outside those dates, short breaks are far more flexible and can start and finish on whichever day suits you (except Sunday).
We’re afraid not — fire regulations mean every cottage can only sleep up to its stated maximum number of guests, however tempting the blow-up bed might be. Note that infants in cots do not count towards total numbers.
