Our Terms and Conditions

1. All accommodation is booked from Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday. Out of season, other days and short breaks may be arranged.
2. No booking can be accepted unless accompanied by a non refundable deposit of 25% of the full accommodation charge.
3. The balance is payable at least four weeks before the start of the holiday. Bookings made less than four weeks before the start of the holiday must be accompanied by the full charge. Failure to pay the balance when due could result in the cancellation of the booking.
4. It is a condition of acceptance of your booking that the whole charge is payable, even if you are prevented from coming due to unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation insurance is strongly advised at the time of booking. Please advise us immediately if you have to cancel and we will release the property for reletting.If we are able to re-let the property, then we will merely retain the deposit to cover costs. If we cannot relet, you will be liable to pay the balance due.
5. We reserve the right, on arrival, to charge a returnable deposit against damage or failure to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Any breakages should be reported and paid for. £100 cautionary deposit is compulsory for the Farmhouse and for group bookings.
6. The proprietors reserve the right to refuse any booking or cancel any bookings already made subject to refunding any sums you have paid without further liability on our behalf.
7. Visitors are asked not to arrive before 3.00pm on the day of arrival and to leave before 10.00am on the day of departure. Please let us know if you cannot arrive before 6.00pm.
8. It is regretted that visitors cannot be contacted by telephone during their stay except in an emergency when we shall be glad to pass on a message. Visitors pay phone for outgoing calls only.
9. Cheques payable to Bosinver Farm Cottages. Credit cards accepted for deposits only. Balance payments by debit, switch card or cheque please. Other payments by credit card subject to 5% surcharge
10. Provisional bookings only held for 5 days.
