Short Lets, Long Lets and Winter Lets in Cornwall

Sometimes we have requests from people who need to rent a farm cottage in Cornwall for other reasons than taking a holiday for longer periods than one or two weeks. Sometimes this is for house moving/searching, visiting relatives or taking a sabbatical! There is often space here at Bosinver Farm Cottages during the winter months (October- April) long lets, winter lets and short breaks and we are happy to let the farm cottages for extended periods at this time.

We have won numerous tourism awards recently and the whole village is of a high quality. All our farm cottages are furnished like homes and have central heating, comfortable beds, TV.s with videos or dvds, dishwashers, microwaves and fridge freezers as standard fitments. There is also wireless internet access here and a central laundry with commercial washing machines and driers.

We are only 5 minutes by car from St Austell and the village shop and great pub are 10 minutes walk down a leafy lane in Polgooth village.

Prices are based on similar rentals in the Residential Letting Property market and depending on the size of cottage and number of people vary from 500 - 700 per month.
