Bosinver Farm Cottages win 3 more awards

IT DOESN'T GET MUCH BETTER THAN THIS!                             

Two more gala dinners and two more glittering award trophies for the office desk as Bosinver Farm Cottages receives more accolades from the Tourist industry in October and November 2007. The South West Excellence Awards were held at the Palace Hotel Torquay and we managed to attain Silver for the whole of the 7 counties from Gloucester to Cornwall for ourwebsite and reached the finals but not the awards for our cottages this year.

At the Cornwall Tourism Awards held at the imposing cliff top Headland Hotel at Newquay, we won the 'Tourism Website of the Year' category and the 'Self Catering Establishment of the Year' category for an unprecedented third year running. Dave and I are absolutely thrilled at winning these awards as they are an acknowledgement of the hard work we put into the running of Bosinver and a reassurance to new customers that the standards here are amongst the highest there are in the whole of the South West region.

In 2006 I cycled from John O Groats to Land's End for charity with my good friend Janie. She and her husband Mike have been winning awards too and they came home with the Gold Award for the second year running for their Lower Barn Guest House near the Lost Gardens of Heligan. I'm including a picture of the two of us oustside Coliza farm cottage with our awards that was taken for the local newspaper.

 We are now madly preparing for Christmas, as I expect most of you are and had two cancellations so if anyone fancies celebrating the festive season in one of our cosy farm cottages in beautiful Cornwall - come on down, we'd love to share it with you.
