February Half Term Breaks
We have had the most amazing weather for the past few days and it is set to continue. The skies have been clear blue with magical sunrises and sunsets and wonderful moonlit nights. It is cold but dry and ideal for tramping across empty beaches and windswept cliff tops. It's my favourite time for walking the coast path and enjoying the spectacular beauty of the Cornish coastline without the crowds.
We're still busy here at Bosinver working on the new play barn. Paul and Dave are in their element as they wrestle with huge granite stones and pieces of oak, whilst I run around with a tape measure working out where everything will fit when it's finished!
The mimosa has braved the cold and is in flower outside Jack's Barn and the snowdrops are looking beautiful poking their heads out amongst the ivy and ferns down the drive. It won't be long now until the daffodils are fully out - the buds are showing already and some of the camellias are almost over.
The children break up for their half term holidays next week and we still have a few spaces. If you're wondering what to do, what better than heading down to Cornwall and letting them enjoy themselves on the farm - you won't need to worry what to do with them, they probably won't want to go anywhere else!
