Bosinver Farm Cottages has a new website
Hello everyone, Launching the new website has been very exciting for us because it sees the end of 18 months hard work and stress! Many factors have contributed to the delays and problems but I think it has all been worth it and I am very pleased with the finished result. I would be very grateful to receive any feedback from you on how we could improve it further. Don't forget to watch the video on the home page to watch us all in action.
I hope you have all been enjoying this run of beautiful sunshine and lovely dry weather. Since Easter we have had wall to wall sunshine and not s spot of rain. Everyone took advantage and have been enjoying coast path walking, beachcombing and generally relaxing around Bosinver soaking up the first real rays of sun after a cold winter. We opened the swimming pool early and it has been very well used - even though the air temperature is only 14 degrees, the pool is 28 and bathers are reluctant to get out!! The sauna and changing room have had a revamp and local stained glass specialist Helen Suiter has produced some beautiful windows for us which catch and reflect the light. The cubicles have been made from recycled plastic bottles and are bright and beautiful and just a tiny bit whacky!
Down by the lake a super slide has appeared, covered and bendy, which created much excitement last week and a recycled tyre swing in the shape of a horse called Charlie has been giving our small guests rides on demand in the playground.
The big project this year has been to redesign Trerose cottage with addition of another bathroom and lovely round window. It will be ready for Whitsun half term week and the finishing touches are being done now.
We still have some free weeks in the farm cottages due to cancellations from people being stranded due to the problems from volcanic ash and we have a special offer giving an extra night free with short breaks and weekend getaways over 2 nights duration until the middle of May. Click here for details.
Hope to welcome some of you back to Bosinver soon.
Pat
