November 2005 Gold 'Self Catering Establishment of the Year'
In November 2005 we were awarded the 'Self Catering Establishment of the Year' Gold in the Cornwall Tourism Awards. We collected the award at St Mellion Golf Club with a huge sense of pride. But after having sipped champagne, we drove home and it dawned on us the huge responsibility of this accolade. We have been decorated the best by those well experienced to judge and we are thereby charged to maintain these exacting standards. Winning the title means that any prospective visitor now has the assurance that we deliver the best in the County.
 

November 2006 Gold
Our excitement at winning the Cornwall Tourism accolade has been extended by winning the Silver award in the South West Excellence Awards (7 counties) in October 2006, followed by the Gold Award in the Cornwall Tourism Awards for the second year running in November 2006, plus a bronze award for the website.. South West Tourism Excellence Awards Finalist

The South West Tourism Excellence Awards is a list which ranges from grand hotels to bijoux bed and breakfasts and from major theme parks to small museums.

But according to Malcolm Bell, chief executive of South West Tourism, the one thing that unites them all is a dedication to providing top-notch service.

"The standard of entrants rises year on year and we were all very impressed once again," he said. "The winning businesses have all shown that customer care and training are vital to their businesses success.

"They have also shown a commitment to continual investment in this area, which proves why they are exemplars for the South West and why we hope to see them on the national stage next year."

Gold for 'best tourism website' and 'best self catering establishment'

Two more gala dinners and two more glittering award trophies for the desk as Bosinver Farm Cottages recives more accolades from the Tourist industry in October and November 2007.

We have won 'Gold' award for 'Best self catering accommodation' and also for 'best tourism website'.

October 2007 Silver for "best tourism website"

In October 2007 Bosinver reached the final 4 for the self catering award and collected a silver award for 'best tourism website' for the South West. We are proud to be chosen in the face of high quality competitors throughout the region and the gala dinner at the Palace Hotel Torquay was another excuse to wear the posh frock!
